After all these years, I have not succumbed to the iPhone craze. I’m too much of a texter and a klutz to know that I’m better off without a touch screen phone. Although I have to admit it, the cameras on those phones are pretty sexy. And the fact that, as time goes by, my drawer is filling up faster with anti-wrinkle creams than with an overflowing photography collection, saddens me. So one day I was minding my own business, blaming BlackBerry for my lack of physical life memories, when Apple comes up to me, with its cocky ways, and shows me its fancy 8 MegaPixel camera phone. I tried to resist, but one thing lead to another, and next thing I know my problem with touch screen phones starts fading, and I’m being seduced into the idea of life being better with an iPhone 4S.
Damn you Apple! You always get me!
I didn’t love its phone functionality. I probably never will. But its camera, its editing tools, and easy sharing apps, would make any sane person reconsider the actual purpose of a phone.
So I took my iPhone-4S- around the streets of Old San Juan, on a plane to Culebra, and to the cliffs of the West Coast for a test drive…
Welcome to Puerto Rico.
